Information stored in the app
The app lets a user enter business profile details, customer names and contact details, service addresses, jobs, technician details, invoices, payment records, AMC records, notes, photos, signatures, and related operational information.
This information is entered and controlled by the user for business-management purposes.
Local-first storage
Business records are stored locally on the user's Android device. The current release does not provide cloud sync and does not upload the local business database to YN Tech Solutions.
The local database is protected by Android application isolation and database-at-rest encryption. Android system backup is disabled for the app.
Backups, invoices, and reports
Portable backups are created only when the user requests them and are protected using the password supplied by the user. Private automatic backup versions are encrypted for same-device recovery and are limited by the backup policy shown in the app.
The user chooses where an exported backup, invoice, receipt, or report is saved or shared. Once shared outside the app, that copy is controlled by the selected storage provider, email app, messaging app, or recipient.
YN Tech Solutions cannot recover a forgotten backup password. Users must never send backup passwords, OTPs, or payment credentials to support.
Support communications
The app can prepare an email draft addressed to YN Tech Solutions Support. The user reviews and sends the message through an email app of their choice.
The draft includes an issue template, a support reference, app version, Android version, and device model. It does not automatically attach or send customer records, the database, backups, passwords, invoices, or payment details.
Subscriptions and Google Play
When a subscription is purchased, Google Play processes the payment and provides purchase and entitlement information needed to activate and maintain the selected plan. Google handles payment credentials under Google's own privacy terms.
YN Tech Solutions does not receive the user's full card, bank, or Google Play payment credentials through the app.
Analytics, advertising, and sale of data
The current release does not contain advertising, does not sell business or personal information, and does not use third-party analytics to track business records. If these practices change, this policy and the Google Play Data safety declaration must be updated before the change is released.
Retention and deletion
Local records remain on the device until the user edits or deletes them, clears the app's storage, uninstalls the app, or replaces the database through an approved restore operation.
Exported files remain wherever the user saved or shared them and must be deleted by the user from those locations. Support emails are retained only as reasonably needed to answer the request, maintain support history, prevent abuse, and meet applicable legal obligations.
Security responsibilities
YN Tech Solutions applies reasonable technical safeguards, but no device or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. Users are responsible for device access controls, safe backup-password storage, secure sharing, and appropriate access to business records.
Children
The app is intended for business users and is not directed to children. Users must not use the app to collect information from children unless they have a lawful business purpose and all required authority.
Policy changes
Material changes will be included in an app update with a revised effective date or policy version. Continued use after an effective change means the user accepts the updated policy to the extent permitted by applicable law.
