Acceptance
By installing or using Field Service, the user agrees to these Terms of Use. If the user is acting for a business, the user confirms that they are authorised to accept these terms for that business.
Purpose and licence
YN Tech Solutions grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for lawful field-service and business-management activities, subject to the selected plan and these terms.
The app and its software, design, branding, and documentation remain the property of YN Tech Solutions and its licensors.
User responsibilities
Users are responsible for the accuracy and legality of customer details, job records, invoices, taxes, payment entries, AMC records, technician information, and all other content entered into or produced from the app.
Users must obtain any permissions or consents required to store contact details, service information, photos, signatures, or other personal information.
Invoices, payments, and taxes
The app records and presents information supplied by the user. It is not an accounting, tax, legal, banking, or payment-processing service.
Users must verify invoice numbers, amounts, tax treatment, payment status, discounts, receipts, and statutory requirements before relying on or sharing a document.
Data and backups
Users are responsible for maintaining suitable backups, remembering backup passwords, protecting exported files, and verifying a backup before relying on it.
Restore can replace current local data after validation. Users should confirm the selected file and maintain an independent copy before restoring.
Acceptable use
Users must not misuse the app, attempt unauthorised access, bypass subscription controls, distribute malicious content, infringe rights, violate privacy, falsify records, reverse engineer the app except where law expressly permits, or use the app for unlawful activity.
Availability and changes
YN Tech Solutions may provide fixes, security updates, compatibility changes, and feature improvements. Device limitations, Android changes, Google Play availability, or maintenance may temporarily affect access.
We will not intentionally remove access to existing local business records solely because a paid plan ends; creation limits and premium feature restrictions may apply according to the current plan.
Disclaimer
The app is provided on an 'as available' basis to the extent permitted by law. YN Tech Solutions does not guarantee that every calculation, reminder, report, export, or workflow will meet every business, tax, regulatory, or operational requirement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, YN Tech Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss caused by inaccurate user input, forgotten passwords, device failure, or files shared outside the app.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Suspension and termination
Access may be limited or terminated for material misuse, fraud, policy violations, security risk, or legal requirements. Users may stop using the app at any time and should export any required backup before uninstalling.
Applicable law and contact
These terms are governed by applicable law. Mandatory consumer or business rights in the user's jurisdiction continue to apply.
