Plans
Free provides the core workflow with the customer and total-job creation limits shown in the app. AMC-generated jobs count toward the total-job limit.
Pro provides unlimited customer and job creation and the operational invoice workflow. Reports, Business Insights, and Backup & Restore are not included in Pro.
Premium includes Pro features plus Reports, Business Insights, password-encrypted portable backup and restore, and private automatic backup versions on the device.
Trial
A trial may temporarily provide access to Premium features. Unless the purchase screen expressly states otherwise, Free customer and job creation limits continue during the trial.
Trial duration and eligibility are shown in the app and may be limited to one trial per eligible Google Play account or installation.
Purchase and renewal
Paid subscriptions are purchased through Google Play. The price, currency, billing period, taxes, trial or introductory offer, and renewal terms displayed by Google Play before confirmation form part of the purchase.
A subscription renews automatically for the selected billing period unless it is cancelled before renewal through Google Play.
Entitlement status
Feature access depends on the validated Google Play purchase state. Pending purchases do not activate paid access until payment completes.
Grace period, account hold, pause, cancellation, expiry, refund, chargeback, and revocation may change or remove paid entitlement according to Google Play's reported state.
Cancellation and plan changes
Users can manage or cancel a subscription through Google Play. Cancellation normally stops future renewal and paid access generally continues until the end of the paid period, subject to Google Play rules and applicable law.
Upgrades, downgrades, proration, and the date a plan change takes effect are determined by the offer and confirmation shown through Google Play.
Records after downgrade
Existing local customers, jobs, invoices, payments, and AMC records remain readable and editable after downgrade. Free creation limits and plan-specific feature restrictions apply to new actions.
Users should create and verify any required portable backup before Premium access ends.
Restore purchases
The app will use Google Play purchase information to restore an eligible paid entitlement after reinstall or on another supported device using the same eligible Google Play account. Local business data is restored separately from an encrypted backup; restoring a subscription does not restore the local database.
Refunds
Refund requests, eligibility, and processing are governed by Google Play policies and applicable law. Cancelling a subscription does not automatically refund the current billing period.
Price and feature changes
Google Play will display the applicable price before purchase. Any change requiring user consent will follow Google Play requirements.
YN Tech Solutions may improve or reorganise plan features. Material reductions to a paid service will be communicated as required by applicable law and Google Play policy.

Subscription questions can be prepared from the in-app Support screen or sent to yntechsolutions.support@gmail.com. Never include passwords, OTPs, or payment credentials.
